We provide care for children (typically ages 6 and older), adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns. Services are tailored to each stage of life to support emotional well-being, development, and daily functioning. If you are seeking care for a younger child, we are happy to review your needs and help guide you to the most appropriate level of care.
Persistent worry, racing thoughts, and feeling on edge can interfere with daily life. We help you understand your patterns, build coping skills, and regain a sense of calm and control.
Depression can impact your mood, energy, motivation, and overall outlook. We provide supportive, individualized care to help you feel more like yourself again.
Mood disorders can affect energy, motivation, and emotional stability, often making daily life feel unpredictable or overwhelming. We provide individualized care to help stabilize mood, improve functioning, and support long-term balance and well-being.
Changes in thinking, perception, and reality can feel confusing or overwhelming. We offer supportive, structured care to help manage symptoms, promote stability, and improve day-to-day functioning. When needed, a higher level of care or brief hospitalization may be recommended to support initial stabilization and ensure safety.
Past experiences can continue to impact how you feel, think, and respond to the world around you. We provide a safe, supportive space to help you process these experiences, strengthen coping skills, and regain a sense of balance and control.
Difficulty with focus, organization, and follow-through can affect work, school, and relationships. We offer comprehensive evaluation and treatment to help improve clarity, structure, and daily functioning.
Difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or feeling rested can significantly impact your mood, energy, and overall well-being. We help identify contributing factors and provide individualized treatment to improve sleep quality and daily functioning. When appropriate, referral for further evaluation, such as a sleep study, may be recommended.
Ongoing stress, burnout, and major life changes can feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate alone. We help you build effective coping strategies, restore balance, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
